Animus is a publication of the Postgraduate Program in Communication of the Federal University of Santa Maria. The section Communication and creative industry, created in 2016-2 is co-edited with the Professional Master of the same title of Unipampa, São Borja campus. The proposal of the journal is to promote reflection and the production and dissemination of knowledge in communication. Therefore, the journal's editorial policy includes productions inthe areas ofjournalism, advertising, public relations, radio and television, editorial production, cinema and audiovisual, in addition to the studies that relateto the field. For this purpose, Animus works with conceptual and methodological approaches, primarily due to research and unpublished studies. Reviews of the literature will be accepted if they analyze the already produced content and if they contribute to the development of the field.The magazine is aimed at researchers, professionals, professors and students of the communication area. Animus presents a B1classification in the 2015 Qualis-Capes.
