persona, manqué autobiographical performance, Jewish humor, Woody Allen, dialogism.Abstract
Our text intends to argue that Woody Allen, in the process of creating his persona, becomes holder of a double passport that allows him to exhibit his own worldview through his characters or to make them mere cinematographic devices. His manqué autobiographical performance, his Jewish humor and his unstableness and subtleness lead to the entertainment his films provide as well as to the reflection about existential and philosophical themes, in intertextual and dialogical process.Downloads
