The perception of managers and teachers of an educational institution regarding the application of project management in the educational environment

The educational system is undergoing profound changes due to the advancement of technology that transforms teaching methods and ways of learning. Therefore, project management emerges as a fundamental tool to promote quality, innovation, and effectiveness in this sector. Thus, the objective of this work was to identify, through a questionnaire, how managers and teachers of an educational institution perceive the application of project management in the educational area. The results indicated that the difficulties faced refer to the lack of cooperation among professionals in the area, conflicts with the school calendar and low adherence of students. Finally, a manual of good practices was proposed, so that teachers and managers can consult and apply it in a timely manner.
