Five proposals that can help operation school institutions of professional teaching

This text presents the results of activities accomplished within the subject of School Management and Innovation, in the Post-Graduation Program of Vocational and Technological Education of the Industrial Technical College of Santa Maria. The goal of the discipline, based on the relationships between school management and innovation, was for the students to propose a product, service or work methodology that could help the functioning of Institutions of vocational education. In this sense, five proposals were submitted: Tools to assist managers in strategic decision-making; mobile education platform; digital mural; teaching through research and creation and management of study groups. At the end, it was noticed that the proposition of innovative ideas for schools requires exercise of creativity and thought, conceptual development and disposition to work.
