Abstract

The text consists of a theoretical essay that aim to discussabout the difference between human beings is a characteristic of the human species and that, by itself, advocated in favor of diversity. To this are treated themes such as diversity, difference and different and how it affects the configuration in classes. We defend the teacher’s reflection as a way to euphemize this problems.
