Quais os objetivos de um arquivo? Preservar ou disponibilizar documentos? Oque diferencia um arquivo físico de um digital? Seria um arquivo digital capaz de alteraro significado de termos como “documento”, “cópia” e “edição”? São essas algumas dasperguntas que o The William Blake Archive gera na mente de especialistas na obra do artistainglês e na de interessados pela preservação de arquivos históricos, fundos documentaise acervos literários. Este texto objetiva analisar este projeto acadêmico pioneiro e um dosmais respeitados arquivos digitais da atualidade.Downloads
