Artistic and pedagogical practices have changed since the middle of the 20th century, changing from hermetic techniques, such as classes as ends in themselves, to projects that involve a rich interplay of theory and practice. The choice of particular practices – whether artistic or pedagogical – tends to be initially based on technical reasons, but subsequently they embrace a wide conceptual framework. That change has to do with the systematization of the Triangular Approach, with art as transiting through time and space, with a shifting social context. Reflecting on these conditions is part of the process of teaching and learning Art in the school setting.Downloads
