The teacher education programs should consider the need for teachers to understand the contents of your area of expertise and know how to teach them to essentially diverse students. So, teachers need time and significant opportunities for learning, so that they may rethink their practices in the classroom and build new practices, viable and meaningful to students. In this work the objective was to discuss the theme of teacher education and a chance for reflection upon teaching practice through a instrument called Teaching Practice Journals, which may be a possibility to encourage reflection and discussion about teaching practices, both for pre-service and in-service teaching experiences.Downloads
