National training program of municipal education councillors in Amcentro/RS: impacts and perspectives to the management education

This production is related to the National Training of Municipal Education Councillors Program - Pró-Conselho -, considering one of the actions about democratization policy of education management in Brazil. The impacts and prospects of continuing education developed by Pró- Conselho were analyzed and also the performance of municipal education councilors in the region Amcentro - RS. As main result, was identified the strengthening of Municipal Education Councils like Education System organ, having as base the reflection on the fundamentals of public policy and educational management; [re] activation or [re] articulation of Education Councils already existed; the creation of Municipal Education Systems; strengthening of virtual shared network in the municipal educational administration. The impacts and perspectives reverberate in the required understanding and the realization of a collective educational work and which considers that the educational policies need to be defined, articulated and implemented in the logic of qualification and interdependence in the municipal educational administration.
