This article comes from the idea that all of us are involved with power and, therefore, with violence. Its objective is to think about the way that violence affects all the school community members and how these are captured by opinions/representations that end up blocking the “ways of passage” to violent acts. It manifests ideas that go in a different perspective from the neoliberal proposals. In this way, it challenges students and teachers to build their differences in creative spaces in which it is not necessary “to map”, “to rule”, “to watch” and “to train” conducts.Downloads

Declaration of originality
We declare that all articles present in the journal Educação (UFSM) are originals and were not submitted for publishing on any other publication, as a whole or a fraction. We also declare that, after being published by Educação (UFSM), a paper will not be submitted to another journal within two years.
