This paper analyzes the importance given by Arthur Schopenhauer intellectual activity in line with a move to adapt to the environment in which we live. This reflection is found more specifically in the practical part of Schopenhauer's philosophy. With daily intellectual exercise proposed by Arthur Schopenhauer, we create conditions to act in a measured way and consequently be less unhappy in our daily lives.Downloads
