This article aims to show the relationship between Arthur Schopenhauer’s doctrine of rights and the modern jusnaturalism tradition. For this purpose the article was divided in two sections: (i) an exposition in general lines about what we understand for modern jusnaturalism tradition, and (ii) the relationship between Schopenhauer and this tradition.Downloads
