Keywords:
Continuous Formation, Teachers, Physical education.Abstract
The main objective of this work is to present a study in which some Physical Education teachers report their understanding of the Continuous Formation process. The collaborators, all working in public schools in the city of Santa Maria/RS answered semi-structured questions, which made us notice that the Continuous Formation consists of the continuity of courses but the lack of time and costs are the main reasons not to take them. But it is also developed, in schools. It’s believed that it is one of the best possibilities of teaching formation and, respectively, of the teaching quality.Downloads
