The production on women education in the education of young people and adults

This study aimed to analyze the academic literature about gender studies in the context of women’s education in Youth and Adult Education (YAE ) . Firstly, it is traced a historical overview of women's education in Brazilian society and in adult and youth education. After, it discussed the result of literature search in the last ten years, which involved some Scielo journals and publications of National Association of PostGraduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPEd). He attempted to extract the reading of this work the theoretical and methodological approaches and the conclusions of the articles. The production shows the classroom as a perpetuation of educational gender inequalities space, highlighting the trajectories as well as difficulties of access and permanence of women in literacy and adult education.Downloads
