Education of the field school and itinerant school of the MST: links of the political- pedagogic project in the social-educational context

The itinerant school ties with the education of the field since the members of the MST fighting for land to on it produce their lives and their families. This educational experience promotes social inclusion of this population, through a differentiated education, inserted in the context of popular education. Understand critically the educational process that relates to university, social movements and popular education is the purpose of this article, resulted of involvement with the practice of the itinerant School of MST, established since 1997 and that still in development. The qualitative research has as the methodological procedures observation experiences among participants in the camps of rural workers, interviews with educators, students and others camped presents in the daily life of school, workshops and teaching activities; thematic seminars and analysing documentary. It is expected to help the university set up as a space-time of discussion on education of the field linked to popular education, training teachers committed to the social reality and educational Brazilian Reality.Downloads
