Team manager: reframing possible within school

This article aims to problematize the role of the school management team, (re) meaning its action to the challenges and problems caused by today's society. It brings thoughts about how this might be planning the set of pedagogical activities, setting goals, organizing resources and efforts to achieve results in the student daily learning. The research was regarded as bibliographical, descriptive and qualitative approach. Thus, it is necessary to reflect about a new way of managing a school, (re) developing skills and political/ethical knowledge.
