Abstract

Este estudo objetivou descrever e analisar como o futebol temsido pensado e operacionalizado em escolinhas esportivas. Utilizou-se paracoleta: entrevistas semiestruturadas para professores, observação estruturadados treinos e questionário aberto para dirigentes em 05 escolas de futebolde Cuiabá MT. Constatamos que a operacionalização do futebol nestesâmbitos faz-se voltada prioritariamente ao ensinamento dos “fundamentostécnicos”. Por tal, vê--se necessária a aproximação dos agentes da culturaesportiva de planejamentos coesos e pensamento multidisciplinar para queo ensino futebolístico aconteça com qualidade e seja propagado a partir dalógica imprevisível, complexa e sistêmica, tornando-se ferramenta pedagógicaagregadora de conceitos e valores.
