Abstract

A list of 21 species of macroscopic marine algae (Chlorophyta, Phaeopyta, Rhodophyta) is presented. AlI of them founded in Tramandaí and Imbé, north coast of Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil. The cited marine algae were obteined from the substrate, by scraping method, during the years of 1983 and 1984. Sporadical collecting was effected also throughout 1985, 1986 and 1988.
