CREATIVE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT CYCLE: A THEORETICAL PROPOSAL
Keywords:
Creative Economy, Development, StrategiesAbstract
This essay aims to theoretically support the formulation and implementation of strategies for creative economy development. Based on bibliographical and documentary research, it identifies conditions, strategic emphasis as well as dimensions for evaluating results. It also articulates these elements in a theoretical proposal called the creative economy development cycle. Research, education, business and creative work, financing and market growth were identified as strategic focuses. These must be considered in their relationship to the human, sociocultural and business environments and to the economic, sociocultural and technological results dimensions.
