Contingent transits of obedience and deviation on the secular order of the beguines in ‘Na casa de Julho e Agosto’, by Maria Gabriela Llansol

This article consists of some observations about the Portuguese author Maria Gabriela Llansol on narrative In the House in July and August, published in 1984. In this way, it is intend to investigate the lay order of the beguines and their matches in llansoliana and in official historiography. For this, will be examined the theme of exile, pilgrimages and heresy, movements within the order. Methodologically, the study is hermeneutical analysis with qualitative approach from the literature review. This article will primarily
theoretical basis Lieve Troch (2009), in Feminine Mystique in the Middle Ages and Nachman Falbel (1971), in The heresies of the 12th and 13th centuries. Some findings point out the different quadrants of the lay order of the beguines, their situations inside and outside of the beguinages, the established way of life in the model financial of self-management, at work and in religious symbolism.
