This article pretends to show the link between Schopenhauer’s interpretation over tragedy and his ethical project, as developed in his masterpiece The world as Will and Representation. Before that, the essay shows the many interpretations of greek and modern tragedy, that leads to Schopenhauer’s singular point of view. Our idea is that, in the image of the tragic hero, as thought by Schopenhauer, we can also see an ethical model.Downloads
