Competence management: a case study in a farmers’ cooperative

This study aims to identify the perception of employees at Cooperative Alfa Ltda. relative to individual skills on issues related to Competency Management. For this, we used as a tool for collecting a questionnaire consisting of 28 multiple-choice questions and two open being applied to a sample of 22 employees of the organization. With the results obtained it was found that all individual skills investigated showed satisfactory percentage, where none was identified as deficit, which can be considered a positive factor. Thus, it was concluded that the Cooperative seeks to develop its employees causing them to grow along with the organization. However, new strategies can be created to develop other individual skills and thus identify again what is the current situation.Downloads
