About ethics in the field of education and teamwork

Abstract

This article discusses the theme of ethics in one of the curricular modules of an interdisciplinary program for six courses in the Health area. For this discussion a text was prepared with the aim of pointing out some clues, based on the thought of Spinoza and Deleuze, regarding the differentiation between ethics and moral in the experience of teamwork and collectives. It presents the proposal of an interdisciplinary teamwork of students together with population groups served by Health services, Education and others. In this work, the experience is evaluated in terms of good and bad encounters, which interfere in the accomplishment of activities, guaranteeing actions built collectevely or presenting tensions and difficulties among the participants. As this theme is common to other experiences of academic formation, this text proposes to raise questions to think about other practices interested in the discussion of the ethical stance in the relations between different fields of knowledge.
