This article presents the results of a focus group conducted with four elementary school students and two teachers, aiming to evaluate the gamified platform Sabiá. The activity was structured in two stages: first, the participants freely explored the platform; then, semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect perceptions, doubts, criticisms, and suggestions. The qualitative analysis of the participants' statements revealed positive aspects related to design, navigation, and engagement through gamification elements. Areas for improvement were also highlighted, such as clarity of instructions and task progression. The results provide valuable insights for enhancing the platform and reinforce the importance of involving users in the development of educational technologies. The study shows that actively listening to students and teachers helps tailor technological solutions to pedagogical needs while making them more appealing to young users, thereby strengthening the potential of gamification in educational settings.
