Moral harassment and pedagogical work management under the view of autobiographic narratives

Abstract

This work had as its subject the theme of the moral assault in Basic Education of School Management, it was chosen as a general objective to analyze the moral assault phenomenon in practices in school management in an educational institution of the municipal system of Ji-Paraná from the autobiography narrative of this searcher and school counselor. The specific objectives were to understand the phenomenon of moral harassment in educational work relations in view of its relevance in problematizing the issue beyond appearance; to identify acts through which this form of violence is most externalized in educational environments and to analyze, through autobiographical narratives of a server, the practices of moral harassment in school management in a school of the municipal education network of Ji-Paraná. The moral assault was comprehended in this study as an apparent representation, needing mediation to be comprehended, according to the Historical-Dialectic Materialism Method. Methodologically to collect data, beyond the autobiography’s narratives, it’s recovered in legal documentation. The results indicate that the phenomenon of moral harassment experienced is linked to the capitalist system, involving the overload and precariousness of the work of education professionals and control of results. It defended the democratic management in public schools, discussing the theme by inviting specialists in the area and with posture and praxis anchored in the Historical-Dialectic Materialism Method, the need in overcoming the mode of capital production.
