<b>Literacias em contexto de intervenção pedagógica: um exemplo sustentado nos Novos Estudos de Literacia</b>

Abstract

Neste texto apresenta-se um programa de intervenção pedagógica com 75 jovens portugueses dos 13 aos 15 anos, em risco de abandono escolar. Tendo como principal objectivo o alargamento do âmbito e natureza das práticas sociais em que os estes jovens se vêem normalmente envolvidos, espera-se por seu meio criar condições para o desenvolvimento da ‘fluência’ no uso de linguagens especializadas e géneros específicos de determinados Discursos (ou comunidades de prática), especificamente o da escola. Na medida em que o programa se sustenta em princípios teóricos e pedagógicos gerados pelos Novos Estudos de Literacia, destes será igualmente feita uma breve apresentação.
