The quality of education as configuration of the work of the scholars at the university

The different actions implemented by the processes of quality and especially throughout the quality of education inside the institutions of higher education, have been constituted in the main and hegemonic organizer of the lives of the universities. This does that the educational institutions, considered institutions of life, are bound to parameters, indicators, application of continuous evaluations and strategies that are based on the paradigm of the productivity like the central concept of the theories of the organization and that the use of these activities can control directly the life of his/her members. This does that the educational institutions, considered institutions of life, are bound to parameters, indicators, application of continuous evaluations and strategies that are based on the paradigm of the productivity like the central concept of the theories of the organization and that the use of these activities can control directly the life of his/her members. This research in course seeks to study how the professors-researchers of the universities are building new social ways of comprehension of the educational realities in higher education in Mexico, throughout the impact of the instruments of social, economic and cultural order that commands the quality of education. The methodology that is used in this research is the thematic life story that helps to recover the narrations from the actors themselves about the trajectories socio-professionals of the professors-researchers in higher education. The results show diverse problems for the implementation of the quality, but mainly, the lack of participation of academic in the construction of the concept of the quality of education and the understanding of their different actions.Downloads
