Abstract

This article aims at discussing the reflection on and about teacher’s practice as a basic requirement to the initial and continuous formation of teachers. It also discusses the role of the diary as a facilitating element for this reflection. In order to achieve this goal, the work is based on a few theoreticians who have claimed the reflection upon the pedagogical practice as a unique opportunity for the formation of teachers. Finally, it analyses the statements given by a former CSFP student, during the focal group and one individual interview.
