DENTRO E FORA DA PORTEIRA - OS ELEMENTOS CONDICIONANTES NA ESTRATÉGIA DE REPRODUÇÃO DOS AGRICULTORES FAMILIARES FUMAGEIROS - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE FARM - THE CONDICIONATES ELEMENTS FOR CONTROL STRATEGY OF TOBACCO FAMILY FARMERS

Resumo

O trabalho objetiva analisar a influência dos fatores internos e externos na escolha ou continuidade das estratégias de reprodução produtivas de ciclo curto (anual) da agricultura familiar de Arroio do Tigre/RS. Para tanto, utilizamos de dados secundários e de pesquisa de campo. Diante da característica dos agricultores discutimos o grau de importância dos fatores a) internos: mão de obra, estrutura, restrição ambiental e localização da propriedade; b) externos: econômicos, clima, social, político-institucional, cultural, legal, tecnológicos e demográficos. Ambos os elementos influenciam e condicionam na escolha e na gestão da unidade de produção pelas famílias agricultoras. Por fim, destacamos a presença de estratégias de reprodução principal, complementares e básicas, bem como, estratégias amplas e restritas no campo de análise.

Inside and outside the farm - the condicionates elements for control strategy of tobacco family farmers

Abstract

The work aims at to analyze the influence of the internal and external factors in the choice or continuity of the productive reproduction strategies of short cycle (annual) of the family agriculture of Arroio do Tigre/RS. So much, we used of secondary data and of field research. Before the farmers' characteristic we discussed the degree of importance of the factors the) internal: work hand, structures, environmental restriction and location of the property; b) external: economical, climate, social, political-institutional, cultural, legal, technological and demographic. Both elements influence and they condition in the choice and in the administration of the unit of production for the farming families. Finally, we highlighted that the main, complemental and basic presence of reproduction strategies, as well as, wide and restricted strategies in the analysis field.
