Abstract

In order to disseminate and discuss issues related to gender, women's health, race, and women in sport, we organized a symposium bringing together 11 women from different areas of health. This report has the information collected during the event, which was online and free of charge, occurred on September 15th, 16th, and 17th of 2020, and was broadcast through our YouTube channel. The symposium received 1603 subscribers, and according to the YouTube views records accessed on August 17th, 2021, the event reached 2718, 2188, and 1320 views on the first, second, and third days, respectively. 89.1% of participants expressed great satisfaction with the event, and 97.3% were sure they would participate in a possible future event. We observed that the theme of the event aroused the interest of many people, and we received positive feedback from the participants.
