This article analyzes the figure of the militant-teacher in the production of freedom practices within the inclusive school, problematizing inclusion beyond its legal dimension. Derived from doctoral research defended in 2023, the text adopts self-writing as a methodological procedure, taking pedagogical documents produced throughout the author's career as a Special Education teacher as a genealogical field of analysis. In dialogue with Michel Foucault, inclusion is problematized as a technology for managing difference. Articulated with the contributions of decolonial authors, the persistence of coloniality in the hierarchization of existences and in the definition of standards of humanity is highlighted. Based on the case of the student called Curupira, the tension between mandatory attendance at common school and respect for difference is discussed, arguing that teaching practice can operate as a micropolitical gesture of displacement of the norm. By drawing on the notions of minor education and heterotopia, this work proposes the figure of the militant teacher as an ethical subject who acts within institutional fissures, sustaining the crossroads as a practice of freedom. It concludes that inclusion is not exhausted by the formal guarantee of enrollment, but is realized in the situated encounters and decisions that affirm difference as a power of invention.
