Abstract

We approach the novel K, from Bernardo Kucinski, in order to understand it as a dissident and sturdy Scripture whose signature under the author’s name is the proper repetition of narrative techniques that are customarily adopted by fiction around the institutional power arché. We try to theorize the concept of file according to Derrida’s reflections to better understand the Scripture from Kucinski as a text born from the sensitive experience of the victims of the Brazilian military dictatorship’s repression. At the same time we seek to investigate how the K is also a Repetition of a signature of the guilt of those who survive the catastroph. So, it seems, preliminarily, that the fiction of K is a singular
event, as always happens when we are faced with a report based on the catastrophic experience. This article tries to tell you how this is configured as Signature and how its repetition does not nullify the Scripture as a single event, nor is allowed to absorb the Archive authority.
