Cooperativismo de plataforma: uma proposta de tipologia organizacional

O cooperativismo de plataforma tem sido considerado uma alternativa a economia de plataforma controladas por big techs. Estas plataformas têm, a priori, impactos socioeconômicos mais benéficos e solidários pois envolvem modelos de gestão mais democráticos, equânimes e participativos. Contudo, a literatura existente avalia estas plataformas como instâncias de um fenómeno homogéneo específico. Este artigo propõe a existência de diferentes tipos de plataformas digitais cooperativas suportadas pela teoria das organizações parciais, utilizando uma tipologia organizada em quatro quadrantes. Para estruturar esse mapeamento, consolidamos as definições e os principais elementos do conceito de organizações parciais, ilustrando a proposta com casos exemplificativos. O estudo contribui para o campo da gestão organizacional, das plataformas digitais e das organizações cooperativas, abrindo novas perspectivas de estudo e desvendando a existência de uma grande variedade de modelos de plataformas digitais cooperativas. A tipologia também estimula futuros estudos empíricos para verificar a relevância do mapeamento proposto.
