ALFABETIZACIÓN EN INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE: COMPETENCIAS PARA LA MEDIACIÓN INCLUSIVA EN LA EDUCACIÓN DE ESTUDIANTES NEURODIVERGENTES

Resumen

La incorporación acelerada de la inteligencia artificial (IA), especialmente de los sistemas generativos, a las prácticas educativas amplía las posibilidades de accesibilidad y apoyo al trabajo docente, pero también plantea riesgos relacionados con los sesgos, la fiabilidad, la protección de datos, la autoría y las desigualdades de acceso. Estas tensiones adquieren especial relevancia en la educación de estudiantes neurodivergentes. Este artículo analiza qué dimensiones de la competencia docente, articuladas con la alfabetización en IA, pueden orientar usos dirigidos a la accesibilidad y la equidad sin sustituir la mediación pedagógica ni reducir a los estudiantes a perfiles diagnósticos. Se trata de una investigación teórico-documental, de enfoque cualitativo, que articula una revisión teórica estructurada, mediante búsqueda dirigida y un corpus de 20 trabajos científicos, con el análisis temático de 12 documentos normativos y orientadores. La síntesis muestra que la personalización tecnológica no equivale a inclusión y que la alfabetización docente en IA, aunque necesaria, no es suficiente por sí sola. El uso inclusivo de la IA depende de una ecología de condiciones pedagógicas, tecnológicas, éticas, materiales e institucionales. Como contribución teórica, se propone la Matriz de Competencias Docentes para la Mediación Inclusiva de la Inteligencia Artificial (MCD-IA), organizada en seis dimensiones interdependientes de conocimiento, juicio y acción profesional.

Angélica Acosta Bicigo, Pesquisadora Independente

Licenciada em Ciências Biológicas, especialista em Psicopedagogia e em Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA), com formação complementar na área ambiental. Atua na interface entre educação, inclusão, neurodiversidade e mediação pedagógica, com experiência em biblioteca escolar, formação de leitores e desenvolvimento de práticas educativas. Seus interesses de estudo e produção acadêmica concentram-se em educação inclusiva, formação docente, TEA e TDAH, letramento em inteligência artificial, Desenho Universal para a Aprendizagem, educação ambiental, literatura e mediação de leitura. Desenvolve pesquisas teóricas e documentais voltadas à relação entre práticas pedagógicas, acessibilidade, equidade e participação de estudantes em contextos educacionais.
