Institucional evaluation and the teaching work: emancipation perspective

The article approaches the institucional evaluation under the emancipatory perspective and the regulatory trend of evaluative politics implemented in diverse countries and different institutions. For this concepts of emancipation and regulation in evaluation from the look on the relations been and university are introduced.
