Identity in A céu aberto

Abstract

With the supposed end of modernity, whose main conceptions led to a condition of stable identity, the fragmentation that pervades interpersonal relationships and that comes from the new historical-philosophical formation, is also observed in the arts. In this context, João Gilberto Noll’s written works meet the cultural logic of the post- -modernity. It is possible to observe in the reading of the narrative A céu aberto, that the author breaks with some of the old bonds of universal values, placing, therefore, not only the identity in an open way, but also, a number of issues as transitory as the current time we experience.
