ESTÁGIO PROFISSIONAL: DIAGNÓSTICO E PROPOSTAS

Abstract

A situação do Estágio do Curso de Educação Física da Univer­sidade Federal de Santa Maria, foi diagnosticada para embasar algu­mas propostas de alteração. Para isso, utilizou-se os seguintes ins­trumentos: questionário dos egressos do curso, matriz de análise dos relatórios dos egressos, questionário das Escolas de Educação Física do RS, e roteiro de visita ãs instituições de realização do estágio. Após a análise dos dados, concluiu-se que: o estágio profissional do Curso de Educação Física, como uma oportunidade para vivenciar expe­riências diretamente na comunidade, desencadeia inúmeros questiona­mentos POR PARTE DOS ESTAGIÁRIOS, PRINCIPALMENTE QUANTO A ADEQUAÇÃO DAS INFORMAÇOES RECEBIDAS DURANTE 0 CURSO. 0 ESTÁGIO PROFISSIONAL A PRESENTA DEFICIÊNCIA QUANTO A ORIENTAÇÃO DOS ESTAGIÁRIOS, COMO TAMBÉM ESTAR SUPRINDO 0 MERCADO DE TRABALHO, NA MEDIDA EM QUE A CADA SEMES­TRE EXISTE ROTATIVIDADE DE ESTAGIÁRIOS NAS MESMAS ESCOLAS MUNICIPAIS E INSTITUIÇÕES PARTICULARES.
