Avaliação do potencial antioxidante e fotoprotetor de plantas da Mata Atlântica do sul da Bahia

As ações terapêuticas e farmacológicas de plantas decorrente da ação de metabólitos secundários e uma importante para a valorização e conhecimento da biodiversidade rica do Brasil. Nesse contexto, este estudo objetivou a investigação por métodos in vitro da ação antioxidante e fotoprotetora de extratos otimizados por planejamentos de mistura de solventes de Copaifera lucens Dwyer, Schnella angulosa (Vogel) Wunderlin e Miconia albicans (SW) Triana coletadas na Mata Atlântica o Sul da Bahia, Brasil. Os resultados limitados a dependência da concentração de DPPH na atividade antioxidante e o da S. angulosa (CE 50 21,37 e IAA 1,40) e (CE 5037,21 e IAA 0,80) foram considerados ativos. Entretanto, a atividade fotoprotetora não foram relevantes (FPS <6).
