Este artigo é baseado em um survey com 93 empresas, visando identificar os desafios para incorporar o marketing de influência no composto promocional. Foram reportados três desafios: como medir precisamente o quanto o marketing de influência contribuiu para os resultados; como selecionar influenciadores que trarão resultados efetivos; e como incorporar o marketing de influência de forma estratégica.
