Este artículo es basado en una encuesta con 93 empresas, con el objetivo de identificar los desafíos para incorporar el marketing de influencia en el mix promocional. Três desafíos fueron reportados: como medir con precisión cuánto el marketing de influencia contribuye a los resultados; como seleccionar influenciadores que traerán resultados efectivos; y como incorporar el marketing de influencia de manera estratégica.
