The use of global instruments for assessing disaster resilience in the area of risk communication

This article seeks to understand how the application of the global resilience instrument, Disaster Resilience Scorecard for cities, can be used for risk communication and local disasters in Brazil. For this, the study is applied in three municipalities in Paraná, being União da Vitória, Campo Largo and Primeiro de Maio.
