The filing of lawsuits by domestic workers in Buenos Aires is an action to resolve situations they consider unfair. However, this practice becomes, for employers who receive a different meaning according to the type of link they have established with the domestic worker who has begun. Employers who believe they have established a loving relationship with domestic workers found the lawsuit as a moral affront for which they seek redress. This paper examines legal responses of employers as moral narratives which are expressed feelings of indignation, disrespect and betrayal.Downloads
