Propose a plan of logistics management in a Cooperative Agricultural Paranaense

The cooperative has emerged in recent years as an alternative able to increase the advantages of the participants in relation to what would have individually. The cooperative must undertake a proper cost control in order to optimize resources and reduce administration costs. A fleet becomes essential because good management may be able to reduce costs, waste, streamline tasks and increase profits. This article aims to identify the problems caused by a lack of control and analyze the fleet management of these costs. From the main evidence discussed in this work, it can be noted that the empirical managerial structuring can bring great losses to a cooperative; and the adoption of existing methodologies such as proposed in this work can serve as the basis for a company that is starting or started their activities without prior planning, to achieve more efficient financial results.Downloads
