Abstract

Democratization is a reality in education in terms of equal access to education, however, it seems that a school in advance fairer than in other times, it has created new feelings of injustice, often contradicting one another. Changing the focus of analysis and looking observe more clearly the feeling of injustice and disappointment paradox, this article examines the situation of French school from various criteria of justice.
