Professional-user interaction: seizure of human being be as a singular and multidimensional

This study aimed to understand the significance of the relationship and interaction professional-user in light of the complex thought. Characterized as qualitative research, exploratory study, conducted through interviews in depth with 15 health professionals, between March and June 2009, who deal with the network of primary care and hospital. From the content analysis emerged as the centerpiece: "Seizing the human being as a singular and multidimensional," followed by the complex units: The human being as a singular being; Enhancing interaction between professional and user from the differences and Perceiving that the complexity goes through multiple interactions and connections. Understanding the meaning of professional-user interaction requires a broadened understanding of me and us, in order to realize the connections intersubjective and thus enhance the autonomy and uniqueness of those involved.
