Comparação da efetividade de cartilhas impressa e virtual sobre cuidados domiciliares com recém-nascidos

Objetivo: comparar a efetividade das versões impressa e virtual de uma cartilha educativa na ampliação do conhecimento de familiares cuidadores sobre os cuidados domiciliares com recém-nascidos. Método: estudo quase experimental, conduzido em três etapas (pré-teste, intervenção e pós-teste), realizado em um hospital municipal de Rio das Ostras, Brasil, entre janeiro e julho de 2024. Participaram 104 familiares de recém-nascidos, distribuídos igualmente em dois grupos (cartilha impressa e cartilha virtual). Foram utilizados os testes de McNemar e Qui-quadrado, com nível de significância de 5% (p < 0,05). Resultados: verificou-se aumento nas respostas corretas no pós-teste em ambos os grupos, sendo 22,2% na versão impressa e 17,9% na versão virtual. A comparação entre os grupos não revelou diferença estatisticamente significativa entre as versões. Conclusão: ambas as versões da cartilha apresentaram efetividade semelhante na ampliação do conhecimento de familiares cuidadores sobre os cuidados domiciliares com recém-nascidos.
