Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

To begin the submission process, registration is required. If the author has already been registered previously, simply enter the system and start the submission process.

1 - The texts should be sent through the internet, exclusively through the platform of the magazine.

2 - The use of Windows-compatible word processors is mandatory.

3 - The articles can not have less than 15 and more than 30 pages and must be formatted according to the model below:

Note: As of 29/09/2022 the journal Geografia Ensino & Pesquisa will adopt a new template for this edition.

4 - The figures, tables and graphs, should be contained in the body of the article and respect the maximum measures of 21 x 27.5 cm. If your file is larger than 2 MB, please send the figures separately as a "supplemental file". If the figures are sent separately from the body of the text it is necessary to indicate the place for insertion.

5 - The Photographic Essays must be geographically oriented, being restricted to a maximum of 6 photos, subtitled and accompanied by a text of analysis of the essay.

Section wich the focus is to discuss topics related to the environment, landscape and environmental quality.

Produção do Espaço e Dinâmica Regional

Section wich the focus is to discuss topics related to production of space and regional dynamics.

Ensino e Geografia

Section wich the focus is to discuss topics related to edutation and geography.

The journal Geografia – Ensino & Pesquisa will obtain the auctorial rights for all published texts.
