A STUDY OF THE ANTHROPIC ACTION OVER THE ENVIRONMENT IN A FAMILIAR PRODUCTION AREA AT THE AREAL HYDROLOGICAL SUB-BASIN, COUNTY OF QUARAÍ - RS

The environmental issue is being discussed for the last years by the non governmental and governmental organizations. These institutions have demonstrated, not only concerns with the environment, but also a strong desire to modify some forms of relationship which the populations maintain with nature. When the economic development has the primacy over other aspects, man tends to change so drastically the environmental parameters, that, in certain cases, the normal development of the live beings becomes unfeasible in their own eco-systems. Related to this, it has been observed that the concentration of the population in small land sites with its excessive use has contributed to the natural resources degradation. The relationship man-nature in thr rural areas, specially after the agricultural modernization, has stressed the systemic unbalance. This study, supported by different authors, point ou to the responsibility of man to deal with the flora and the fauna and their habitats, which are presently in danger due to the combination of adverse factors.Downloads
