Abstract

The paper aims to map the state action framework in the construction process technologies market in Brazil. We have analyzed the structure of the technological center of Florianópolis, capital of Santa Catarina, which stands out nationally as innovative entrepreneurship demonstration. The study was conducted through bibliographical and documentary research. The results show that the state is a key actor. Among the types of intervention in the formation of the technology market, on both the supply and demand for technologies and which are performed under the influence and mediation agents and institutions in the economic and scientific field, policies are aimed at training / capacity building agents, spatial concentration of businesses and infrastructure, reducing operating costs and financial capitalization.
