Mitologia e teoria de Relações Internacionais na África: avanços do novo regionalismo

Resumo

No contexto da existência de mitos sobre a África na disciplina de Relações Internacionais, este trabalho argumenta a favor do Novo Regionalismo como alternativa teórico-metodológica capaz de servir de base para a integração de conceitos e a produção de conhecimentos mais amplos. Como exemplo, introduz a análise sobre possibilidades e limites da agência e estrutura, mediante uma proposta de estudos sobre política externa de potências regionais e penetração extrarregional.
