Communicational processes are the essential dynamics to the existence and survival of the beings endowed with perception. By these processes, communicators inform their situation and intentions at the same time as they gather data on the location and pretension of others. In the human universe, technologies are instrumentations of operation and search of efficiency of these communicational relations. Culture rules and controls significances of these operations, allowing the movements of communication to penetrate and direct it. Cultural uses of com- munication and its informations depend upon the life projects of each human social individual.
